Private Riding Lessons

Hello! My name is Jennifer Valek; I am the riding instructor at Running T Ranch.  I have been successfully showing and riding for over 20 years! 

I have owned and enjoyed horses throughout my life.  My showing experience includes showing halter, showmanship, english, western pleasure, barrels and all the WSCA and O-MOK-SEE game classes.   

My lesson program focuses on both youth and adults new to horses, or those looking to brush up their riding skills.  I will work with you to achieve your goals on horseback in a fun and informative way.

Come to Running T Ranch to learn riding skills with confidence and safety. 

We will have a wonderful 100 x 200 riding arena and round pen with all of the gaming equipment.

We have several horses and a pony for you to learn on for different abilities and interests. You can trailer in your own horse to learn on as well.  All western tack is provided on our lesson horses; you must supply your own when riding your own horse. 

Wearing a safety helmet is strongly encouraged and is mandatory for riders under 18. Also, you must wear heeled boots (western or english riding boots preferred) - no lug soles. Sessions are 30 minutes to one hour long and are designed to be a lot of fun while learning valuable horse handling and riding skills!

RATES:

• $35/lesson on Your Horse, or 4 lessons for $130 paid up front (no refunds for unused lessons, lessons expire 12 months from purchase date) 

• $40/lesson on one of our horses, or 4 lessons for $150 paid up front (no refunds for unused lessons, lessons expire 12 months from purchase date)
